This non-profit was started by educators and concerned citizens that wanted to help INSPIRE OTHERS to have better lives.
Our Director…Shelley Farrar-Coleman
She helped to form this non-profit in 2009, and she is dedicated to helping children and their parents to thrive. She is a former educator, author, administrator, executive, and publisher. Currently, she runs the non-profit without taking a salary or any type of compensation so 100% of your donation goes to our projects. She is devoted to helping improve educational resources and for children and their families in needs.
The Director herself helps with elderly support and coaching in areas of need for those unable to provide for themselves. She is offering additional training and mentoring of others for 2023.

Most of the years we have been on a 100% volunteer basis and we have been able to help Mom’s from the shelter to get their GEDs, take college entrance exams, and prepare for taking the courses. Both Microsoft and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt have donated resources and computers to these projects.
We have provided educational materials to teachers, students, centers, and shelters where additional support and resources are needed.
This year we have created several new services that help with nutrition, physical fitness, elder care, coaching, and training support for 30 new areas that apply to children and parents.
In 2023 – 2024 we have a budget of $24,000 to complete all of these projects and offer the support needed. Again, not one penny goes to salaries, we are all volunteer. So you know that your funding is going totally to support, create, and deploy these projects to help parents and their children.
